Overview
The  Smart Momentum Ignition indicator is designed to capture the exact moment a market transitions from a low-volatility "squeeze" (compression) into a high-volatility trend. Unlike standard "big candle" indicators, this tool uses a rigorous multi-step confirmation process to filter out "fake-outs" and exhausted moves.

How It Works
The indicator identifies high-probability trade entries based on three core pillars:

1. Compression Analysis: It calculates the average range of the last  X candles to establish a baseline for normal market activity.

2. The Ignition Candle: It looks for a candle that significantly exceeds the average range (Breakout Multiplier) and maintains a solid body (Min Body Ratio), ensuring the move is driven by real volume, not just news spikes.

3. Follow-Through Confirmation: To prevent entering on "one-hit wonders," the indicator checks a user-defined number of subsequent candles. A signal is only printed if the price sustains the breakout direction, confirming institutional participation.

Key Features

• Non-Repainting Logic: Once the follow-through confirmation is met, the signal remains fixed on the chart.

• Customizable Sensitivity: Adjust the Breakout Multiplier to find anything from steady trend starts to explosive "black swan" moves.

• Quality Filtering: The MinBodyRatio filter ensures you only enter when the candle closes near its high/low, avoiding long-wick candles that signal rejection.

• Visual Clarity: Clean Wingdings arrows (up/down) for easy integration into any trading template.

Input Parameters

• Compression Period: The window of candles used to calculate "normal" volatility.

• Breakout Multiplier: How much larger the "Big Move" must be compared to the average.

• Follow-Through Candles: The number of candles required to hold the price direction to validate the signal.

• Min Body Ratio: Filters for "solid" candles (e.g., 0.6 means the body must be at least 60% of the total candle range).

Trading Suggestions

• Entry: Enter on the close of the candle where the arrow appears.

• Stop Loss: Place your stop loss at the midpoint or the low/high of the "Ignition Candle."

• Timeframes: Best used on M15, H1, and D1 charts for trend-following strategies.
