MNFM Gold Conditions MT4

A read-only Gold/USD technical context indicator. It combines completed H1 and M15 candle readings with live spread information in one chart panel. It does not execute trades or estimate a probability of profit.

Dashboard

- H1 direction from close versus EMA50, EMA50 versus EMA200, EMA50 slope and directional movement (+DI/-DI).

- H1 ADX14 strength and whether the reading is rising or falling.

- M15 momentum: three-bar close change normalized by ATR14, confirmed by RSI14.

- M15 distance from EMA20 in ATR units, highlighting extended prices.

- Live spread in quote-price units and relative to completed M15 ATR14.

- Last completed M15 candle range relative to ATR14.

- M15 ATR rank against 100 prior completed readings; equal values receive half weight.

- Optional H4 close versus EMA50 context. H4 is displayed but does not control alignment.

- PASS/WAIT condition rows and a reason for waiting.

ALIGNED UP / ALIGNED DOWN means the configured filters agree. It is not an entry instruction, win probability or validated profitable strategy. WAIT / OBSERVE identifies non-alignment, excessive cost, extension, impulse, stale data or missing history. Mixed H1 conditions do not establish a range-bound market. Short-term momentum opposing H1 may be a pullback, not a confirmed reversal.

Defaults and inputs

PanelX=15 and PanelY=25 set the panel position. MinimumADX=25. MinimumSlopeATR=0.05 compares the H1 EMA50 change across three completed bars to H1 ATR14. MinimumMomentumATR=0.25 compares M15 close[1]-close[4] to M15 ATR14, with RSI >=55 for bullish momentum or <=45 for bearish momentum. MaximumExtensionATR=1.50 caps the absolute M15 close-to-EMA20 distance. MaximumSpreadATR=0.08 caps spread at 8% of M15 ATR. MaximumSpreadPrice=0.60 caps the spread in Gold/USD quote-price units, not account-currency profit or broker points; set this input to zero to disable only the absolute cap. MaximumImpulseATR=2.50 caps the latest completed M15 high-low range. All thresholds are configurable starting values, not proven profitable settings.

EnableAlerts=false by default. When enabled, an alert is considered once on a newly completed M15 bar if conditions are aligned at that check. No startup alert and no repeated alert on the same completed bar. A later intrabar spread change does not create another alert.

Installation

Copy the compiled indicator into MQL4/Indicators and refresh Navigator. Attach to a Gold/USD chart, including XAUUSD suffixes or broker GOLD aliases. Other symbols remain attached with an explanatory message and no assessment. The analysis timeframes stay H1/M15 regardless of chart timeframe. Allow approximately 550 by 675 pixels for the panel. MIN/OPEN controls collapse and restore the panel. At least 210 H1 and 120 M15 candles are needed; open these timeframes to load data. H4 history is optional.

Limitations

Technical inputs use completed candles. Live spread can change the current alignment state between candle closes. Historical broker data can be revised. Disconnected or stale readings do not produce alignment; detecting missing ticks can take up to two minutes while the terminal still reports connected. ATR rank is a comparative volatility statistic, not a forecast. There is no news filter, order-book feed, order execution, lot sizing, stop-loss or take-profit management. No DLL or external data service is required. Screenshots use clearly marked synthetic condition examples, not live signals or trading performance. Test the readings on demo before relying on them.
