Hedging Forex EA1 MT5 is a highly advanced, fully automated trading robot designed to navigate the dynamic and volatile forex markets. 💡 How It Works (The Strategy)

  1. Initial Entry: The EA scans the market conditions and opens an initial position (Buy or Sell) based on current price action.

  2. Smart Hedging & Grid: If the market moves against the initial trade, the EA does not immediately close it at a loss. Instead, it waits for a specific distance and opens recovery trades (Hedging/Grid) with calculated lot multipliers.

  3. Averaging & Profit Target: The EA calculates a "Break-Even" line for all open trades. As soon as the market makes a slight retracement, the EA closes the entire basket of trades together in total profit.

  4. ATR Integration (Optional): Instead of using a fixed Take Profit, you can enable the Open_ATR feature. The EA will then dynamically adjust its profit targets based on the current market volatility (Average True Range).

  • Minimum Capital:  $5,000 (Standard Account).

  • Initial Lot Size:  0.02 per $5,000.

  • Timeframe:  M5 (5-Minute chart).

⚙️ Parameters & Settings Explanation

  • Open_ATR: (true/false) Enable this to use the ATR indicator for dynamic Take Profit targets instead of a fixed PIP amount.

  • period / timeframe: Settings for the ATR indicator (if enabled).

  • Auto_Lots: (true/false) If true, the EA will calculate the lot size automatically based on your balance and MaxRisk. If false, it will use the fixed Lot1 value.

  • Lot1: The starting fixed lot size (Recommended:  0.02).

  • MaxRisk: The percentage of risk used if Auto_Lots is enabled.

  • win_USD: Daily profit target in the deposit currency. Once reached, the EA closes all trades and stops trading for the day (Set to 0 to disable).

  • TakeProfit: Fixed Take profit in points (used if Open_ATR is false).

  • StopLoss: Fixed Stop loss in points (Default is 0, as the EA relies on hedging rather than hard stop losses).

  • Max_SPREAD: Maximum allowed spread to open new trades. Protects you during high-impact news.

  • Time_Start / Time_End: Trading hours. The EA will only open  new initial cycles between these hours.

  • Max_Open: The maximum number of trades allowed in one grid basket.

  • Max_Lots: The maximum allowed lot size for a single recovery trade to protect your margin.

  • Loss_USD: Equity protection. If the floating loss reaches this amount in currency, the EA will close all trades to protect the account from a margin call (Set to 0 to disable).

  • Multiplication_Mode: The logic used to increase lot sizes for recovery trades (e.g., adding lots, multiplying).

  • Continuous_trading: If true, the EA will continuously look for new setups after a basket is closed.

  • MagicNumber: A unique ID for the EA to manage its own trades without interfering with manual trades.
