What's happening?
Does the panel slow down when moving according to the schedule?
Or are you talking about a delay in opening positions?
Can you attach the log file of the terminal and panel to understand the reason?

The risk manager is not working if you are using it in a signal mode to trade automatically with signal,for example if you have set limiting spread min = 8 this will place a trade even if the spread min is less than 8

Try opening a clean chart, without indicators.
And set the panel to a chart without indicators.

Дается на десять компьютеров. На другой диск программу поставил винду, копию с копировал, понятно активация слетела. Все активировал, зароботала. Ставлю терминалы в СД DEXP диск, на нем сечас плохо работает в Форекс Про 5 МТ, тормозит. Перетащил в програмный диск, нужно опять активировать, дается же активация на один комп.

При установке Windows - активация слетает. Говорят на форуме.
Купленный советник нельзя копировать с папки МАРКЕТ и передавать по сети или копировать в другой терминал. Для установки советника на другом терминале или компьютере - повторите шаг Установка купленного советника. Только так. Иначе нельзя.
Если Вы пытаетесь обновить или скачать советник купленный Вами, а терминал выдает ошибку - попробуйте удалить старый советник из папки терминала - перезапустить терминал и снова установите советник из маркета.
