not sure what is going on with the VirtualTradePad, have been using it for months with no problems and now as soon as i open a trade it closes automatically, leaving me always with a loss... like in less than one second:

Comprei ontem o Virtual Trade Pad. Uso no icndice sintético Volatility 75 da Deriv corretora ( deriv.com ) e não consigo usar o trailing stop.

Para trabalhar préciso de multiplicar os nomes sem stoploss/obter lucro por 10.000 e assim por dia e não realizar uma configuração para usar ou par de forma que uma parte de 50 pontos ganhos ele ative e um cada 50 pontos que andar diminua ou meu pare uma perda em 50 pontos. Como não há exemplo de imagem a cada momento. Preciso da sua ajuda.

Hello. I misunderstood you. to activate the trailing stop at level 50, set the trailing stop in my program = 50. You can also set the trailing stop step in the advisor settings trailingstep=50

I suggest you put it to work on the graph of this synthetic index, from the Deriv brokerage (deriv.com) and you will see what I'm talking about, as it is an index with different characteristics from other assets, I am unable to use the trailing stop as I showed in the example in the previous figure.

I know it can give you some work there, but as the system is very well recommended, not only this one but all your others, perhaps I could consider solving this very particular problem with this asset that I operate.

I can't connect to the broker and check. I can't add or program new features. There is no technical possibility. I updated the programs on the latest build of the terminal. It was complicated. Now I provide technical support and try to help.

What I asked you was to just open a demo account on deriv.com and put the system there so you can see how it can help me, maybe just configuration and at most small adjustments.

One detail that could perhaps help is that perhaps considering the stop as a negative number could be the solution for the trailing stop. Just an observation from me here.

I know your circumstances and that you are not able to do big changes in EAs.

But if it is easy to make a similar change in The X Full, that would be very useful for grid applications.

Currently for grids, the minimum lot we choose must be >0.05, so that Martingale can work and increase the next lot size

(1.1 * 0.01 = 0.01, but 1.1*0.010 = 0.011).

Please add this to your future list :).

Hello. This is a common problem with mathematical multiplication. Rounding occurs correctly, 0.01 × 1.1 = 0.011, if the lot allows you to set 0.011, then there is no problem. Otherwise, the server allows you to set only 0.01. Multiplication occurs based on the last lot, which will be 0.01, not 0.011. These are the minimum lot conditions. I know this is a problem in Martingale. But this is not an easy “fix”, but a whole job to write the texts of the last lots into global variables and store their value without rounding. For a simple program this is not difficult. But since my programs have a lot of functions and they are all interconnected, this is a problem on a larger scale. It is necessary to rewrite all functions so that the adviser reads not the history of orders, but the history of global variables. Which adds even more problems.
