Strategy Description for Virtual Trade Pad on MetaTrader 5:

1. Entry Conditions:

Identify a large candle (called "elephant candle").

Enter the trade on the breakout or close of this candle.

2. Stop-Loss Configuration:

The stop-loss should be placed just below the entry candle.

3. Initial Take Profit Configuration:

The initial take profit should be set at the same size as the entry candle.

Example: If the candle is 1,000 points, the take profit will be 1,000 points above (for buy trades).

4. Dynamic Stop Gain Adjustment:

When the price reaches the initial take profit, the trade should not close.

The stop-loss will be moved to lock in profit, adjusting automatically to maintain the same distance as the size of the entry candle (dynamic stop gain).

Example: If the initial candle is 1,000 points, the stop gain will be moved to 1,000 points below the current price as the price moves another 1,000 points.

5. Trade Exit:

The trade will only close automatically when the price retraces and hits the adjusted stop gain.

Process Summary:

Entry based on large candle.

Initial stop-loss below the candle.

Initial take profit = candle size.

After reaching initial take profit, activate dynamic trailing stop maintaining the same distance (candle size).

Trade ends only when the market retraces and hits the stop gain.

Objective: Maximize profits in strong trends while protecting gains with dynamic trailing stop

I am using the VirtualTradePad on MetaTrader 5 and would like to implement the following semi-automated strategy:

1. Trade Entry:

I manually enter a trade with one click, as per the default functionality of VirtualTradePad.

2. Initial Settings:

Initial Stop-Loss: I set an initial stop-loss at 2,500 points.

Take-Profit: I configure a take-profit at an unreachable level so the trade won't close due to it.

3. Breakeven:

When the trade reaches 2,500 points of profit, I want the stop-loss to be adjusted to the entry point (breakeven).

4. Layered Trailing Stop:

After breakeven, I want the trailing stop to work as follows:

When the trade gains an additional 2,000 points (totaling 4,500 points), the stop-loss should move to 1,000 points below the current price.

When the trade gains another 2,000 points (totaling 6,500 points), the stop-loss should move to 500 points below the current price.

I want to set up multiple levels of trailing stops, each with specific distances from the current price as the trade progresses.

Could you guide me on how to configure VirtualTradePad to implement this strategy, including the different trailing stop levels?

Hello.

Unfortunately, VirtualTradePad does not have a multi-level for trailing stop.

You can set up everything else as I showed in the picture:

Hi,

is it possible to reopen orders  automatically  at the same price?

Example:

order: 2600 buy stop - 2605 take profit

2600 buy stop was triggered and price moved to 2605

2605 take profit was triggered

no open orders.

I want that at 2600 a new order will be opened automatically.

I have one more question however, I trade currency AND Indicies.

On the free version you can set the B/E with loss/profit separately for each asset as the settings are "different values" on the charts with the free panel

Example 

B/E settings for USD/JPY once 10 pips in profit my settings were B/E +1pip, once 10pips profit was reached so 10/100

B/E settings For US30/NAS100/GER30 my setting are B/E + 3 points, once 30 points in profit was reached so 300/3000

Do I have to adjust manually now every time from the settings when I trade currency and Indicies?

1. In the field where the percentage (%) is defined, add an option to specify a fixed amount of money, for example, 100 USD, to utilize the dynamic lot size calculation functionality.
2. Set the stop loss level before entering the market by selecting a point directly on the chart, instead of writing it manually.
3. Include an option to define the stop loss based on multiples of the ATR (e.g., 1x or 2x its value), as setting the stop loss manually takes too much time, especially in volatile markets.

Hello.

I will try to answer your questions:

1. Unfortunately, the panel design does not allow entering large numbers in this field. Therefore, changing this field to a currency field is impossible due to the design.

It is easier to enter from 0 to 100% so that the panel itself calculates from the deposit.

2. For these purposes, there has long been a Magic Target button on the second tab. Allowing you to set stop loss take profit directly on the chart.

My mt5 Connected to  MQL5 VPS and I activated the VST (Virtual Stoploss/Takeprofit) button 

my question is when I modify or take a new trade with VST Button Activated I need to re-migrate VPS again as the stoploss is hidden and also takeprofit or NOT need to migrate the mt5 to VPS again to know the new stoploss and takeprofit as they are hidden

Здравствуйте, Владислав. Приобрёл Вашу панельку "VirtualTradePad One Clik Trading Panel ex5". Хорошая панелька, понравилась. Сначала потренировался на демо версии
"Exp - VirtualTradePad EXTRA mt5 20240419 DEMO". Всё было хорошо. Купил полную версию и на реальном счёте заметил неприятный сюрприз, которого я не заметил на демо. Объясню: В режиме %А (Autolot), 1% от свободной маржи открывается позиция не 1%, а 10%. Может я в чём то не разобрался? Можете проверить? Заранее благодарю.
