The Three Core Analytical Pillars
1. Volume-Weighted Price Anchor (VWAP)
The central reference line is calculated from price and tick/real volume data. Choose between:
- Rolling VWAP: Adapts continuously over a user-defined bar window. Ideal for swing and higher-timeframe trend context.
- Daily Reset VWAP: Anchors to the broker's daily open, establishing the benchmark value level for intraday session traders.
2. Wilder ATR Volatility Ribbons
Surrounding the VWAP are dynamic corridors derived from Wilder’s smoothed ATR:
- Inner Ribbon: Marks the initial standard volatility deviation corridor around fair value.
- Outer Ribbon: Represents extreme statistical extension and volatility expansion zones.
3. On-Chart RSI Momentum Telemetry
When price reaches or breaches the volatility ribbons, the indicator calculates and prints the exact RSI value directly at the candle extreme (e.g., RSI 78 or RSI 22 ):
- Historical Labels: Frozen upon candle close to provide a clean historical audit of momentum at key deviations.
- Live Forming-Bar Telemetry: Displays developing momentum on the active candle to monitor ongoing breakout strength.
How to Interpret the Framework
- Price Trading Around VWAP: The market is balanced around its volume-weighted benchmark (consolidation/fair value).
- Extension to Inner Ribbon: Indicates initial directional momentum and standard volatility expansion.
- Breach of Outer Ribbon + RSI Telemetry: Signals high statistical deviation. Analyze the printed RSI score to identify either strong breakout momentum (high RSI sustained) or exhaustion/mean-reversion potential (divergence or overbought/oversold extremes).
Input Parameters
1. VWAP & Ribbon Settings
- VWAP Calculation Mode – Select between Rolling VWAP or Daily Reset VWAP.
- Rolling VWAP Period – Number of bars to include in rolling calculations.
- ATR Period – Calculation period for Wilder's Average True Range.
- Inner Ribbon Multiplier – Distance factor for the primary volatility band.
- Outer Ribbon Multiplier – Distance factor for the extreme volatility band.
2. RSI Telemetry Settings
- Enable RSI Historical Labels – Display confirmed RSI readings on past breakout candles (true/false).
- Enable Live Forming-Bar RSI – Real-time RSI readout on the current active bar (true/false).
- RSI Period – Momentum calculation period (Default: 14).
- RSI Applied Price – Price source for RSI calculations.
- Label Offset & Font Size – Adjust text positioning and visual scaling.
- Max Historical Bars Scanned – Limits label history to preserve terminal memory.

- Theme Preset – Choose between Midnight Gold, Neon, Ocean, Light Chart, or Custom.
- Line Styles & Widths – Independent styling for VWAP, Inner, and Outer bands.
