HOW IT TRADES

The EA trades only in the parts of the trading day where its statistical edge is strongest. Entries are managed as a structured group: averaged entries follow a defined profit ladder, break-even valves and hard time limits. Exposure is always capped, and no position is left unmanaged.

High-impact news, volatility spikes and widened spreads are filtered automatically. When conditions fail the filters, the EA stands aside: it does not trade in order to appear active.

Four risk profiles share the same trading logic and change only position size, selected with a single input: Scout (the most conservative sizing), Tracker (balanced), Hunter (the default behind every figure on this page) and Apex (maximum sizing with deeper equity swings, for experienced users only). New users are advised to begin with Scout on a demo account, verify, and only then scale up.

  • Recommended minimum deposit $3,000 (below this, minimum lot steps distort position sizing)
  • Leverage 1:100 or higher (the published run used 1:100; higher leverage adds margin headroom)
  • A solid low-spread RAW or ECN type broker
  • Hedging account
  • VPS strongly recommended for uninterrupted 24/5 operation

Installation is plug and play: attach the EA to one XAUUSD H1 chart. The default configuration is the published configuration. The published run was built on IC Markets price data; results on another broker's price history can differ.

QUESTIONS

Where is the stop loss on each individual order?
Risk is managed at basket level rather than per order: a profit ladder, break-even valves, hard time deadlines and the news and volatility filters govern every exit. The cost of this design is printed above as the maximum equity drawdown of the published run.

Why is the EA quiet on some days?
Session windows and filters. Some days produce several trades, others produce none. Trading activity varies with market conditions by design.
