The same question about voting in elections. Why are serious subject matter experts involved in resolving complex issues and why does it never occur to anyone that the opinion of the chief designer and the unskilled labourer must be heard on an equal footing? It is clear that they have absolutely different competences and it is necessary to listen to the one who is competent. But when people go to vote, for some reason, the opinion of any idiot is equal to the opinion of a doctor of science. Is it reasonable, is it effective? It would be correct to carry out some certification by the results of which the vote of one clever person would weigh as 10, 100 or 1000 voices of not clever people.

The boomerang of doom will not be long in coming, but, it will be too late! Such "research" must be banned by law. Those who instigate such interference in the holy of holies of nature should be burned at the stake, as they should have done with the HIV-infected in their time. The days of mankind are numbered. It should be like ancient Athens. The choice is not by voting, but by a random lot (the will of the gods). There should also be the institution of ostracism, where any deserving figure could be sent into exile if he or she was just a nuisance).

For simple reproduction an average family should have about 2.5 children. This is far from the case in Russia among the Slavs. If incentives are not created, the Slavic population will gradually die out. The country will gradually become Muslim.
You are arguing for birth control in poor families and aren't you afraid that the factories will be short of workers? Children from rich families won't go to work there.
