And it clearly says - the Expert Advisor uses the knowledge of how the bar is formed. The result is not surprising, in reality it is formed differently...
If the EA analyzes tick flow or works by targets on a small timeframe - then it should be tested on real ticks. The example of the Expert Advisor in the code base demonstrates this. Otherwise, in the process of searching for patterns of the market you may find patterns of the tester :)
