Well i ddnt understand,and i deposited my $10 to mql5 community,how can i withdraw it or transfer it to my broker..im still new here,i have been using Expert Option all this time.

You can't withdraw non earned funds, but you may contact the Service Desk that deals with financial issues.

 
I tried to withdraw today to webmoney but I get this message "webmoney payments system has rejected the withdrawal operation . please contact the bank that issued your card for details "
 

Webmoney has blacklisted many countries from using their service due to a recent change in terms of service. It has affected many including myself. The site administrators should look into this and consider

an alternative service like Skrill or Netteler.

 
I withdrew via Webmoney,That was very fast without any problem.
