For a month I've been trying to figure out how to top up my balance to pay for purchases in the market and pay for work in freelancing, but I haven't found a way.
I have only kraty RF, but they do not work. There is a card Rosselkhozbank UnionPay, but I understand from her also no longer to top up.

Additional verification is usually required on the first withdrawal, so this is not something abnormal.

Ask your friends if anyone has a card issued outside of Russia. Those who travel abroad probably do. Have them top up their balance.
I tried it already, but failed. I transferred it to my friend's Armenian visa, but I couldn't top up the account from it.
I haven't figured out whether the problem is in the card or mql5 doesn't digest all cards.
please bring back paypal as a withdrawl option. Its the only one I didn't have problems with withdrawing to canadian funds
PayPal is headquartered in the U.S. Metaquotes is headquartered in Cyprus. North American banks and card processors added Cyprus to their blacklist. Based on my research, the Republic of Cyprus (south of the DMZ) has a compliance plan in progress. All we can do is wait for Cyprus to be delisted.
FYI... Another user in North America has reported (as of the date of this post) that wire transfers work (minimum withdrawal of 3000 USD).
