Does anyone know whether it is possible, as a Russian citizen, to withdraw funds via bank transfer or to a card issued by <...> bank?

You can only withdraw funds earned here.
As for bank transfers, I don’t think they’re available to Russia.
As for banks (and here it doesn’t matter whether you’re a Russian citizen or not, as long as it’s to a bank card), you can give it a go.

Hello, I am a developer residing in Somalia. My MQL5 Payments page currently shows Visa/Mastercard and Bank Transfer as withdrawal methods. Can you please confirm whether I can withdraw my earned MQL5 funds to a Visa or Mastercard issued by a bank in Somalia? Also, can I withdraw directly to a Somali bank account using Bank Transfer? Please confirm whether Somalia is fully supported for both methods.

Along with the bank’s name, they’ve also removed ‘Kazakhstan’ from the list. That’s harsh.

A year ago, USD/EUR transfers via SWIFT from the EU were restricted to citizens of Kazakhstan only. You’ll need to check with the bank to see if the restrictions have now been lifted and whether they apply to cards.

Due to EU sanctions against Russian banks, some transfers to the bank from the Russian Federation are restricted.

Along with the bank’s name, they’ve gone and removed the country ‘Kazakhstan’ as well. That’s harsh.

A year ago, USD/EUR transfers via SWIFT from the EU were restricted to Kazakhstani citizens only. Whether the restrictions have now been lifted, and whether they apply to cards, needs to be checked with the bank.

This is an automated translation thread, so I’ve hidden the bank’s name.

And it all depends on the bank itself and on the restrictions applicable to that bank – whether these are external restrictions or internal ones imposed by the bank itself.

Which withdrawal method can be used, and via which bank or e-wallet?
