That's the thing: 2000% a month with a normal MM will not work. Besides, it's one thing to use your hands, but a full automatic machine is quite another. It's not a matter of overlapping 2 muwings. There are dozens or even hundreds of conditions for formalization of which you might have to write small indicators.
2buh: One ToR is usually not enough, you will need to ask the client about many things, I think this is exactly the case.

NO. You have about 40 trades on one pair in 24 hours. That's no way to pipsqueak on the real. Don't forget about requotes, slippage and all the other delights of a DC.

Requotes are a refusal to open an order at the current market price (the price has changed since the trading order was issued by the terminal to the server, for example).
Slippage (slippage) - this is opening/closing from the market or even the cancellation of the order at the wrong price, which was set in the open/close parameter (there was no such price - it jumped over your stop or take).
A price shift against a client - this is when the price (in comparison with the indicative) after the opening of your order gets worse for you by 1-3 points, and after the closing of the position it returns to its place.
