I do not know about sound but I found some information about email:

I can suggest the following scheme: use one of the advisors from the Sound Alert Entry In Out: - as soon as you open a position, you will hear an alert.
Thanks for the recommendation however, I tried it today and found that it will produce a sound when I enter or exit a trade but, it will not make a sound when the Signal Provider enters/exits a trade (which is what I'm trying to accomplish). So it does the same thing that the basic platform does.

If the supplier opens / closes a position, you will also open / close a position. And when you open / close a position, there will be a signal. Show the settings of the Sound Alert Entry In Out advisor: - Did you set the sound for the 'Sound if Entry in' event exactly and 'Use Notification'?

Thank you! I found and fixed the bug. I checked: if the provider opens / closes a position, you receive a sound and a notification. Current version ( Sound Alert Entry Out ) 1.002.

You should have trading account (demo or live/real) to connect MT5 to the broker's server.
If you have it so try to reconnect once again.

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
Try with demo first.

Is it possible to have TS5 make a sound when a Signal Provider places a trade? I get the "OK" sound when I place a trade but, not when the Signal Provider places one. Thanks!
