Is there a limit on the size of screenshot file to be added to products?

I want to add an animated GIF. I get the error"Incorrect image size: Video_2020-12-10_020710.gif".
The file resolution is 640*480, at least in the attributes it is specified and the video was made this size.
The picture was created in Adobe Primier (it doesn't work this way).
I made a picture through the Internet service (it works this way) from the same video, but the quality is not suitable at all(
