Hello,

My MQL5 seller account has been approved and is active. However, when I try to add my MetaQuotes ID from the MT4 mobile app on my iPhone, I receive an error stating that the ID is already used by another user.

Please investigate this issue and help me resolve the MetaQuotes ID conflict without affecting my approved seller account.
