The trading accounts (demo or live/real) are related to the brokers so you need to go to your broker's support. Because Metatrader 5 has nothing to do with this situation.
Besides, please note that some brokers (most of them I think) are providing the demo accounts for limited time only (related inactivity or any).

Maybe you didn’t understand  what  I’m saying well - you can re-read the comment.

Service desk is useless. 4 times they have closed my case "Due to inactivity" but daily I reply, and they never completed what I asked for.

My "Financial Operations are limited"

They say I have a dispute case open with my Bank? I never disputed anything in MQL5, I have never used my Bank for BOT purchases.

• I replied that Metatrader has nothing to do with any trading account. It is your broker who is responsible for the trading accounts incl demo accounts. Who is the broker? It is the company you selected for your money.

I understand that you do not like my reply but you should contact with support of your broker anyway (especially if you are using real/live account with them).

• If your trading account with MetaQuotes-Demo server so you can create the other trading account (directly from Metatrader, it is 10 seconds to do).
• If your trading account with the broker (which you selected for your money) so ask the broker for support.

Because it is nothing with Metatrader at all.

No one knows about "same problem" - because you did not tell to anyone about the particularities of this problem ... 
everybody can open trading accounts but you - not?
"Can not open trading account" is not a problem, and it is lack of knowledge or computer's problem.

If it is the problem of openning new trading (demo) account so you need to read this manual MetaTrader 5 Help - Trading Platform — User Manual  especially about the following:

please help me .my financial operations are limited ,,its my first time to pay 15 usd to the metaquotes and when i try to activate a vps ,it tells me payment failed but i got 15 usd in balance ,,what to do ???
