How do you trick the MQL5 chat bot into create a ticket

I'm stupidly tired of the problem that Metatrader 5 has where if the application is not properly closed, it loses the latest changes you have done in Expert advisors and charts. I think that it is a development issue that should be fixed as easy as saving the profile automatically every few minutes, It's like 2025 and here we are.

Anyways, I'm attempting to create a Service Desk ticket for it but the MQL5 chat bot is having a laugh at me, do you know hot to bypass it these days?

i have had plenty of eas and indicators that did this in the past, however, once i started to learn how to code, i learnt that the reason for it happening 9/10 times was due to the coder and author of the ea or indicator.

As for the chatbot. just click options and at 2nd or 3rd button/step it will ask you to describe your issue. I do not understand how so many users have so much issue with it. The only thing i can think of is that it was designed like that (haha)
