I'm wondering if there is a very good strategy, how much will it cost ?

if it is very expensive, will someone buy it ?

Besides, the word "successful strategy" is not very understandable. for example if you tell me some strategy and you were say that it is profictble but I will lose 10 dollars on it so - you will be responsible, right?
Same with "please suggest me good broker" and so on.

I've never heard that brokerage firms, investment banks, big traders etc. paid millions of dollars for getting a trading strategy from an independent developer/team of developer.

Instead, most of them have already created their own quant teams and started to work extensively on different AI approaches years ago for improving their portfolio management processes and returns.
