Maybe it will be more convenient when vertical lines are two colors (buy, sell) ?

This is the correct version (there are some errors in the version posted). This version should be used

There are multiple cases when multiple arrows can happen on a same bar. Vertical lines would not help in clarity and simplicity of usage
 

Please let me know what it's called an indicator that looks like this.

It's like a big candle that contains other candles from other timeframes. I think it's free.
