That could be anything, but from the look of it, some sort of the zigzag or super signals

 With excuses,this is a decompiled-renamed oscillator indicator,looking well,i guess high/low based histo with 2 ma applied over.if some body know its original name or if we have some thing like this or equivalent in TSD.
