I am not Mr. Carlos Terron and I am not inside this support for now.
But from what I know - RAS EA should work with "m" suffix (I tested some early versions with IBFX mini as EURUSDm). Besides, I tested 1.25 version with Broco with "_fx" suffix and it should also work with "-fx" too.
May be - they changed something in the recent/latest versions of RAS EA?
It may be good to ask support about full list of the supported suffixes hardcoded inside this recent/latest version and post it on the forum. Or they can place/upload the list on their knowledgebase for example inside their support website (if there is no connection between for example sorry). I can ask tomorrow.

wait for your reply here after you've spoken with RAS, so.
In the meantime, considering RAS support has not been able to solve my issue at all, could you, please, try the RAS EA on a demo Exness account, in order to confirm me that it doesn't works with that broker (which is my live broker account)?

Do you know what is the difference between RAS support guy (anyone) and forex tsd forum moderator?
- RAS support can use iPad or iPhone with mobile internet to work. Those people are having 2 days weekend in a week every week, they can travel, they can help their families in everyday basis, they can have the other/additional job ... and so on. RAS managers and developers are in most good situation in this case as they can drive the car and work in the same time with no any internet connection at all
(and no one of them came here for few years to say "Hello" to the people).
- forum tsd moderator can not use IPhone or similar. He should use computer. Minimum possible size is netbook in case of vacation ("in the lobby hotel sitting"). This person can not have the second/additional job, he can not help his family, he does not have any holidays and weekends ... maximum that he can do is to go to the toilet for few minutes
... eating near PC, sleeping near PC ... I know what I am talking about: I am moderating the forum since 2005 and for now - almost alone ...
So, what are you asking for me to do and what they do not want?

Ras ea
I am signal provider and today I closed some trades and RAS EA sending signals has some problem. Instead of result "OK" it shows some funny signs and trades are not forwarded to the RAS server because I can see them open in my RAS account (their website). See image.
It is bad because my subscribes do not know those two trades should have been closed already.
What is the problem? Anyone else experiences this now?
UPDATE: I found out that it started when I changed history tab settings and I changed it to "Show all" from "The last week". Hmmm, it is bad when this can break RAS, because the orders at RAS server still show as open even though I set the history back, now the RAS EA shows "Trying to connect : (65 times)", so it looks like now it can't connect to RAS server.... What should I do to fix this?
UPDATE 2: I looked into log file and now it keeps sending this (list of 114 orders but it looks like RAS server cannot swallow it...):

Seems - same problem with me: RAS EA lost connetion with RAS server (it is written on the chart as "trying to connect ... times"). It is for vendors only. I sent email to support.

I sent email message to the support, to RAS manager and to one of the RAS developer. So, they are informed.
