I think it is something with your email address.
Because when you register with RAS, or using "forget password" feature so you should receive email almost immediately.
In my yahoo email: I am receiving it in spam/bulk folder.
I have 2 usernames which I am using for elite section EAs + 1 my private username + username 'newdigital' for moderation of RAS signals. And I never had any problems with registration.
I am registering in the same way with everybody with no any differences at all.
May be ... you need to check the settings/options inside your email ... may be your email is deleting some bulk emails automatically ...
Try with yahoo or with google email.This suggestion makes perfect sense and I appreciate your quick response, but I have loosened up everything I know how related to email and I am now getting emails from every freakazoid on the planet--but nothing from RAS.
Can you tell me the RAS email address that I would expect an email from so I can add it ahead of time to my contact list to see if this helps?

Just for information abour what is the clones.
Clone is automatic buyer.
Example with Electra EA with RAS (Alpari Metatrader):
And it is automatic buyer (IBFX Metatrader):
If you are buyer of Electra (ID 184) so you should have almost same performance as the clone of Electra. Performance of the clones can be found in signal page (somewhere on the middle as a link).
Clones are installed according to the request.

i just signed up and setup RAS as a buyer using an IBFX demo from my home computer. i am getting a recurring "1025 accessing to the same account from multiple locations" with v 1.22 message which i assume is not good.
below is my set file with pass removed
i do not have any other connections using RAS. my only other login is a web login to the RAS website with firefox.
can anyone point out what my problem is?

If you are the buyers so you must write here buyer_opt_filter_signal the ID you subscribed to.
If you are the seller so you must fill this seller_rentasignal_id.
From your settings I understand that:
- you are not selling any signals (no any trades are transferring frokm you to RAS)
and
- you are not buying any signal (no any trades are transferring from RAS to your Metatrader).
To use RAS you should be buyer or seller.
