Details:
1. Lower trendline was drawn by the indicator between the low of the bar at
2007.02.05 04:00( price level of 0.6582) and the low of the bar at 2007.01.30
08:00( price level of 0.6578)
2. The indicator has detected a qualified breach of that trendline by a candle
(bar) opening at a price of 0.6576, below the trendline at 2007.02.06 12:00,
after a cross of the trendline by a previous candle (bar).
This is a fantastic indicator.
Based on the trendline break of the Tom Demark Trendlines.
Works well on the 1 hour chart.
When there is a break out of the trendline on the close of the candle place an order with the suggested take profit of the indicator.
Stop loss would be the opposite trendline.
You can use a moving average(s) and/or another indicator like momentum to confirm the break out.
I will try to make an EA for this.
I combined code from posts 2, 3, 4 and 5 to make the source code of this indicator.
This is the last trade I took on the 1 Hour chart.
The trade previous to that also worked.
Higher the time frame the better the trade.
Momemtum crossing 100 line used for confirmation.
