Another question is what are limitations imposed on ex4? How can we call values from any ex4 eg to make another indicator calling values from the 1st indicator? Is it feasible to do so?

There is no limitation on ex4 file. You can use it the same was as you use custom indicators from any code  (from an indicator, script or EA) : use the normal iCustom() call

I don't understand your query for decompiled ver and this indicator was presented only in ex4 file format (all version)

Got this from a friend and wanted to know if it repaints. None of the back testers on my MT4 platforms are working - not sure why - anyone else having an issue with them?
