I don't think, that it is a problem to draw every 5th candle and that is x:00, x:05, x:10 and so on. Mladen and mrtools may still have templates for that.

Why would it show just those values?

Try the following : use a daily indicator on a 1 minute chart and see what shall you see when only 1 of 1440 dots is drawn. Indicator must show all the values for all the bars belonging to higher time frame or else it becomes unreadable

That is a simple colored moving average (which, btw, repaints).
