Set the TimeFrame parameter to the desired value (you can use the values from the periodicity bar instead of entering the number of minutes : m1,m5,m15,m30,h1,h4,d1,w1 and mn

As far as I see they are the same
The indicator from your post is a sma smoothed stochastic with an addition of a signals line - the same thing is done in the stochastic RSI. If you set the same parameters you are going to get same values
