It is because default prices set in the the parabolic sar 2 are close and close. Set the prices to high (2) and low (3) and they will be much closer in values (provided that the rest of the parameters are the same).
The rest of the difference is due to an error how built in metatrader parabolic sar is calculated (it is not calculated as it is described by the inventor Welles Wilder). Better to use parabolic sar 2 (and have correct sar values)
