Any idea what's the filter for? Are we looking for gree/red bar changes between the 0.04 and -0.04 only? Your help is much appreciated

My understanding is that the red or green need to be outside of this area before the signal is confirmed -- i.e. inside the 2 lines is a no trade zone.
At least that works for me

Let me tell you my levels on EURUSD.
EURUSD, while above 1,2637-1,2551, it is set to hit 1,2885.
Those are levels. This is what I think:
If Fed stops his rate cycle and ECB hikes, EURUSD could go back to 1,3000 level.

EURUSD, while above and holding 1,2842, it is set to try to break last high at 1,2911-15 on its way to 1,2928-1,2950-1,2982-1,3000......1,3176.
1,2842 is an important level to watch. The zone between 1,2842 and 1,2928 is where EURUSD is defining its near future. Holding below 1,2842, EURUSD is in great danger to go south to its last lows and 1,2594. We'll see. The mood, as you see, is already up.

Infact I read through alot of pages last week and comming tired >> I understand all the indicators >> but I would like to ask some few questions.. so please be patient .. and thanks in advanced for you answer
1- what is the purpose of max moving aver . indicator ?
2- what is the purpose of moving aver 120 . indicator ?
3- for today when I see the market I saw the price is over H4 and reaching H5 LB target.. what is that means ?
4- for fibo lines is it means in all cases that when its breaks the line will go to next line ? or its should tested more?
5- for going short or long from (H3) or (L3) >> how we can sure it will go with us ? I mean how many time should the price test the lines ??
Finally could you have alook to the chart .. is it correct ?
