Important notes:

1. EA read news when it is first launch. Changes to the news csv files will not be updated unless the EA is restarted.

Q. Why is there no option for auto lots?

A. When the EA makes money, I increase the lot size. However, when it loses money, I keep the lot size the same. This is a subtle way of making a faster recovery to the account without risking too much.

How to use/update the news file

First, download the csv file and place it into the Files folder

Open MT5, click File, then Open Data Folder, double-click the MQL5 folder, and then select Files folder. Place the News.csv file in that directory.

Second, navigate to https://www.forexfactory.com/calendar

I filter only high-impact news and the currencies I trade (EUR, USD, CAD, and AUD). The EA uses GMT time to read the news, so you will need to set the calendar time to (GMT +00:00), time format (24 hour)

I update the file with a week's worth of news events every Sunday. After updating the news file, the MT5 terminal must be restarted, as the EA reads the file on initialization.
