Trade Ideas: EUR/USD, USD/CHF, EUR/CHF, NZD/USD, USD/CAD - UBS

The following are UBS' latest short-term (mostly intraday) trading strategies for EUR/USD, USD/CHF, EUR/CHF, NZD/USD, and USD/CAD.

EUR/USD: We see the whole risk squeeze as a bit overdone and hence prefer to buy EURUSD on dips to 1.1100/20 with stops below 1.1050, the breakout level two weeks ago and the 200-day moving average.

USD/CHF: Sell from 0.9900 - 0.9920. Place stops at 0.9940 and take profit at 0.9820.

EUR/CHF: Sell at 1.1040-60 with stops at 1.1080, for 1.0970.

NZD/USD: The uptrend from the January low is still intact and we would stick to longs for now, with a stop through 0.6560, targeting a test of 0.6750. 

USD/CAD: We would be cautious about going short at current levels and prefer selling into rallies to 1.3850, with a stop above 1.4025.
