Operational Guide: ADX-Filtered Dynamic Analysis System
This indicator is a high-precision quantitative tool designed for advanced market analysis. The core engine is based on the synchronization between trend structural strength and momentum velocity, utilizing proprietary filters to eliminate market noise and false signals during consolidation phases.
1. Entry Logic (Arrow Signals)
The algorithm continuously monitors price action for confirmed breakout points. The signals are split into two distinct categories based on internal volatility readings:
  • Dark Green / Dark Red Arrows: These represent entries during standard accumulation or distribution phases. The signal is triggered when the price breaches a predefined volatility range supported by solid momentum.
  • Lime / Orange Arrows (Light Colors): These identify High-Velocity Expansion entries. These signals appear during extreme momentum conditions, optimized for capturing rapid price accelerations.
2. The ADX Engine (Dynamic Filtering)
The system integrates a sophisticated ADX (Average Directional Index) engine with adaptive thresholding.
  • Instead of a simple trend-strength check, the ADX acts as an Operational Bypass. When trend strength crosses critical levels, the system activates a "Fast-Track" mode. This allows the indicator to prioritize trend direction over minor cyclical pullbacks.
  • This mechanism ensures the system remains trend-aligned during strong moves while automatically suppressing signals when volatility drops below professional-grade thresholds.
3. Exit Strategy (Yellow "X" Signals)
Exits are not static; they are adaptive and predictive. The system calculates momentum decay in real-time.
  • Exit Signal: Triggered when the algorithm detects "momentum exhaustion" or a divergence in internal oscillator calculations.
