Fractal7 Gold Dual Indicator
Fractal7 Gold Dual Indicator is built for traders who want to trade Gold (XAUUSD) on the H4 chart manually, with clear rules and without watching the screen all day.
It combines two complementary strategies based on the same idea: trade with the higher-timeframe trend, using a timeframe hierarchy.
W1 (weekly) = DIRECTION → are we buyers or sellers?
D1 (daily) = OPPORTUNITY → where is the chance to enter?
H4 (4 hours) = TRIGGER → the exact entry moment
When a signal appears, the indicator shows the arrow, draws entry, stop and target, calculates the lot size from your risk and sends a push notification. After the entry it keeps tracking the trade and tells you when to move the stop.

STRATEGY 1 — BREAKOUT (fractal breakout)

The same logic as the Fractal7 Gold EA, now for manual traders.
✅ Weekly trend defined by fractals (higher highs and higher lows for buys, lower for sells)
✅ Daily must not be against the weekly trend
✅ Trigger: H4 close beyond the last confirmed H4 fractal
✅ Market entry at the open of the next H4 candle
✅ Stop beyond the opposite fractal (configurable buffer)
✅ Initial target 2R
✅ Minimum and maximum stop filter: signals with a stop too small or too large are skipped and the panel explains why
Trade management alerts (what the EA does automatically, you receive as instructions):
✅ Breakeven: when to move the stop to entry (with a small profit lock)
✅ Target extension: near the TP, the new target and a new stop that locks part of the profit
✅ Fractal trailing: every new fractal in your favor, the new stop level
✅ The stop line on the chart follows every adjustment

STRATEGY 2 — PULLBACK (moving averages and consolidation)

✅ Direction from the weekly chart (fractal structure, or weekly MA when the structure is sideways)
✅ Daily opportunity, two setups:
• Pullback to the 9, 21 or 50 EMA, with drying volume and no strong counter candle
• Tight consolidation (narrow box, shrinking candles, low volume)
✅ H4 triggers: hammer, force candle, previous candle break, inside bar or box breakout
✅ Entry with a stop order at the trigger candle high/low
✅ Stop at the trigger candle, with a maximum stop filter by ATR
✅ Targets: 50% partial at 2R with stop to breakeven, final target at 3R
✅ Order validity: if not triggered within 3 H4 candles, the signal expires

Entering late is one of the most common mistakes of manual traders. For each strategy the panel shows a "Now" line with an objective recommendation:
• YES: stop order / still valid, same stop
• DO NOT ENTER (late): price already moved too far, wait for the next signal
• WAIT FOR TRIGGER / WAIT FOR BREAKOUT: opportunity present, trigger missing
• STAY OUT: no defined trend

REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

• Symbol: XAUUSD (gold), any broker
• Timeframe: H4
• History: keep at least 6,000 H4 candles available for the statistics
• Mobile alerts: Tools → Options → Notifications, with the MetaQuotes ID from the MT5 app
• Testing: use the Strategy Tester in visual mode, starting a few months before the period you want to watch (the indicator needs weekly and daily history)
