Market Structure Viewer is a professional MetaTrader 5 indicator designed to transform raw price action into a clear Smart Money Concepts chart view.
It helps traders analyze market structure, directional bias, liquidity, Fair Value Gaps, Order Blocks, Break of Structure and Change of Character directly on the chart.
The indicator does not open or manage trades. It is a visual market-analysis tool intended to support manual trading decisions.
MAIN FEATURES
• Market State Analysis
Displays the current market condition and helps traders understand whether the market is trending, ranging, expanding, pulling back or transitioning.
• Directional Bias
Provides a structured bullish, bearish or neutral market perspective to help traders avoid taking positions against the broader context.
• Break of Structure — BOS
Highlights structural continuation when price breaks an important swing level in the direction of the current trend.
• Change of Character — CHOCH
Identifies potential changes in market behaviour that may indicate an early reversal or transition.

Market State and Directional Bias panels present important information without requiring the trader to manually interpret every chart movement.
HOW TO USE THE INDICATOR
1. Start With Market State
First, check the Market State panel to understand the current market environment.
Trending conditions may favour continuation setups, while ranging or transitional conditions require additional confirmation.
2. Confirm Directional Bias
Use the Directional Bias panel to determine whether bullish or bearish opportunities are more suitable for the current market context.
Directional Bias should be treated as market context, not as an automatic entry signal.
3. Identify Liquidity
Look for liquidity above important highs or below important lows.
Price may first move into or sweep a liquidity area before beginning the expected directional move.
4. Wait for Structure Confirmation
After a liquidity reaction, monitor the chart for CHOCH or BOS confirmation.
A CHOCH may indicate that market behaviour is changing, while a BOS may confirm continuation in the new or existing direction.
5. Use FVG and Order Blocks as Areas of Interest
After structure confirmation, traders can watch for a retracement into a Fair Value Gap or Order Block.
These zones may provide a more structured area for planning an entry instead of entering after an extended price move.
EXAMPLE BULLISH WORKFLOW
• Market State and Directional Bias support a bullish scenario.
• Price moves below an important low and sweeps sell-side liquidity.
• A bullish CHOCH appears.
• Price produces a bullish BOS.
• The trader waits for a retracement into a bullish FVG or Order Block.
• Entry, stop-loss and target are planned using personal risk-management rules.
EXAMPLE BEARISH WORKFLOW
• Market State and Directional Bias support a bearish scenario.
• Price moves above an important high and sweeps buy-side liquidity.
• A bearish CHOCH appears.
• Price produces a bearish BOS.
• The trader waits for a retracement into a bearish FVG or Order Block.
• Entry, stop-loss and target are planned using personal risk-management rules.
IMPORTANT
Liquidity, FVG, Order Block, BOS and CHOCH should not be used as isolated entry signals.
The strongest setups generally appear when multiple factors align:
• Market State
• Directional Bias
• Liquidity interaction
• Structure confirmation
• FVG or Order Block retracement
• Clearly defined invalidation and risk
