Features
- Trend direction & reversal detection — based on Supertrend (ATR multiplier)
- Multi-Timeframe (MTF) mode — analyze trend on H1/H4/D1 while trading on M5/M15/H1
- EMA filter — confirms trend direction via EMA(50)

- Sideways market filter — dual check: ADX below threshold OR low Bollinger Bandwidth

How MTF Mode Works
Principle
In MTF mode the indicator:
- Creates handles (iATR, iADX, iBands, iMA) on the higher timeframe (e.g., H1)
- Copies data from the higher TF (time, high, low, close + ATR, ADX, BB, EMA)
- Computes Supertrend on the higher TF array
- Maps Supertrend values to current (lower) chart bars via time alignment
- Generates arrows on the lower TF at the moment a higher TF reversal becomes visible
Time alignment (binary search)
For each lower TF bar with time t_lower , we find the largest higher TF index i such that htf_time[i] <= t_lower . This means: that higher TF bar has closed by the time t_lower arrives.
Complexity: O(log n) per bar — high performance even on large histories.
Example: trading on M5 with H1 analysis

The Supertrend line on the M5 chart will be step-shaped — it changes only when an H1 bar closes. Arrows appear on the first M5 bar that "sees" an H1 reversal.
