This indicator is engineered to identify valid Breaker Block configurations. The algorithm tracks the core sequence of a market structure transition: an initial liquidity sweep of key swing extremes, followed by an aggressive displacement breaking market structure, which flips the prior order block into a validated structural support or resistance boundary. The indicator validates the setup once price retests this flipped zone and confirms directional rejection on closed-candle momentum.
The system is optimized for active trading sessions and high-liquidity symbols characterized by clean structural follow-through across multiple timeframes.
Section 2: Entry Logic and Trade Management
Visual BUY Confirmation:
- Context: A liquidity sweep occurs below recent structural lows, followed by an aggressive market structure shift upward that flips prior resistance into a bullish breaker block.
- Retest and rejection: Price pulls back to test the flipped breaker zone and prints a bullish expansion candle closing higher to reject lower levels.
- Execution point: The signal confirms strictly upon candle close; the open of the subsequent bar serves as the execution reference.
Visual SELL Confirmation:
- Context: A liquidity sweep occurs above recent structural highs, followed by an aggressive market structure shift downward that flips prior support into a bearish breaker block.
- Retest and rejection: Price retraces to test the flipped breaker zone and prints a bearish expansion candle closing lower to reject higher levels.
- Execution point: The signal confirms strictly upon candle close; the open of the subsequent bar serves as the execution reference.
Protective Stop Loss Placement:
- The system automatically anchors a protective Stop Loss reference beyond the recent structural sweep extreme.
- A configurable volatility buffer provides additional clearance against market noise, spread variations, and deep retest wicks.
Four Tiered Profit Targets:
- TP1 (0.5R): Structured for rapid risk reduction and early partial scaling frameworks.
- TP2 (0.8R): Standard milestone designed to capture balanced continuation momentum.
