Gold Level Breakout

Gold Level Breakout is a patient XAUUSD expert advisor built on a single principle: most breakouts are noise, and the few that matter are worth waiting for.

It does not chase price. It follows the structure gold is trading inside, stays flat while that structure holds, and only takes interest once price has genuinely left it. Even then it waits for the market to come back before committing. Most candidates never qualify, and that patience is the product.

WHAT YOU GET

A finished system. The defaults are the configuration that tested best, so there is nothing to optimise before you start.

Every position carries a protective stop from the moment it opens, moves to safety early, and leaves room for the strongest moves to develop.

Several independent filters must agree before a trade is taken. When conditions are wrong, the EA simply does not trade.

Account protection is built in: risk sized to your balance, a daily loss limit, and a hard equity-drawdown halt.

The EA checks your broker feed at startup and refuses to run if it cannot work properly, instead of trading blind.

TESTED RESULTS

IC Markets XAUUSD M15, March 2023 to July 2026, from a 10,000 USD account:

Net profit 9,574 USD. Profit factor 4.81. 114 trades. Maximum equity drawdown 4.93%, or 8.64% measured relative to equity.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Please read this before you buy, so the behaviour does not surprise you.

It trades around 30 times a year. This is a selective system, not a high-frequency one, and quiet weeks are normal.

Most trades finish close to break-even. The account grows from a minority of positions that are allowed to run. That distribution is deliberate, not a fault.

Longer-horizon testing shows the approach works best when gold is volatile relative to trading costs. In the calmer years before 2024 it did not show an edge, and it is not designed to profit in every market.

Past test results do not guarantee future performance. Run it on a demo account first and satisfy yourself before going live.

Symbol XAUUSD, timeframe M15, hedging account.

A broker that supplies real tick volume.

Recommended minimum deposit 1,000 USD.

Default risk 2% of balance per trade, fully adjustable.
