Trend Market is a complete Smart Money Concepts toolkit built to help you read institutional price behavior with clarity — market structure, liquidity zones, and precise risk-based profit targets, all in one indicator.
🔍 The Strategy
This indicator is built around real Smart Money Concepts (SMC) trading logic:
- Market Structure Detection (BOS / CHoCH) — Using fractal-based swing analysis, the indicator automatically identifies swing highs and lows, then classifies every structural break as either a Break of Structure (BOS) — a trend continuation — or a Change of Character (CHoCH) — a genuine trend reversal.
- Automatic Entry & Stop Levels — Every CHoCH prints a clear entry level and a corresponding stop level, giving you a defined risk on every new setup, no guesswork.
- TP1 / TP2 (Risk-Based Targets) — Take-profit levels are calculated as fixed multiples of your actual risk (stop distance) — not arbitrary price levels — so every setup carries a built-in, mathematically sound reward-to-risk ratio (default: TP1 = 1R, TP2 = 2R, fully adjustable).
- Order Blocks (Re-test Zones) — Marks the last opposing candle before a structural break — the institutional "footprint" zones price often revisits before continuing in trend direction.
- Fair Value Gaps (FVG) — Detects 3-candle imbalances in price, highlighting zones price is statistically likely to return to and react from.
- Ghost Trend Lines — A secondary sloped trend-projection layer giving a visual read on trend strength and potential exhaustion/re-entry zones.
Together, these layers give you a full read: where the trend stands, where to enter, where your risk is capped, and where to realistically take profit — instead of relying on gut feeling.
💻 From TradingView to MQL5
We originally built and refined this strategy on TradingView (Pine Script), where we tested it extensively across multiple pairs and timeframes, fixing real issues along the way — repainting, TP placement, and risk-to-reward accuracy — until it consistently produced clean, reliable signals.
After seeing how well it performed, we made the decision to bring the exact same logic over to MQL5, so MetaTrader users can access the same structure detection, entry/stop system, and TP engine directly on their MT5 charts.
