SentinelGold – Gold Scalping Expert Advisor for MT5

SentinelGold is an automated Expert Advisor developed specifically for trading Gold (XAUUSD) on MetaTrader 5.

The EA uses a short-term scalping approach focused on gold price movements and market volatility. It incorporates automated trade execution, position management and configurable risk settings.

SentinelGold does not use grid, martingale or loss-recovery lot multiplication.

Trading Strategy

SentinelGold analyzes short-term price movements and market conditions to identify scalping opportunities on XAUUSD.

The EA automatically handles order execution and position management according to its trading logic and configured parameters.

Each position uses a defined Stop Loss. Trading exposure can be adjusted through the available percentage-based risk settings.

Risk Management

The EA incorporates the following risk-management features:

  • Individual Stop Loss for every position.

  • Configurable percentage-based position sizing.

  • No grid-based position accumulation.

  • No martingale lot multiplication.

  • Automated position and exit management.

Users can adjust the risk configuration according to their account balance and individual trading requirements.

SentinelGold is developed specifically for XAUUSD. Using other trading instruments is not recommended.

Broker and Execution Requirements

Scalping strategies are sensitive to trading costs and execution conditions.

For suitable operation, users are encouraged to use a broker offering:

  • Competitive spreads on XAUUSD.

  • Reliable order execution.

  • Low execution latency.

  • Stable trading-server connectivity.

A VPS located close to the broker's trading server may help reduce connection latency.

Installation

  1. Open MetaTrader 5.

  2. Select the XAUUSD trading symbol.

  3. Set the chart timeframe to M5.

  4. Attach SentinelGold to the chart.

  5. Enable Algo Trading.

  6. Configure the risk percentage and other available parameters.

  7. Allow the Expert Advisor to execute and manage trades automatically.

Important Risk Information

Gold trading involves market volatility and financial risk. Scalping performance may be affected by spreads, commissions, slippage, broker execution and changing market conditions.

Although SentinelGold applies a defined Stop Loss to every trade, losses may exceed the intended amount during unfavorable execution conditions or price gaps.

Historical performance and Strategy Tester results do not guarantee future profitability.

Users are encouraged to evaluate the EA in the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester and on a demo account before enabling live trading.
