Twin Range Filter Pro — Trend & Signal Indicator for MetaTrader 5
The Twin Range Filter Pro is a powerful trend-following indicator that combines two smoothed range filters (Fast & Slow) to accurately detect market trend direction and generate precise Buy/Sell signals.
Unlike simple moving averages, this indicator adapts dynamically to market volatility, reducing noise and false signals significantly.

HOW IT WORKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The indicator calculates two smoothed ATR-based range bands:
- Fast Range — reacts quickly to short-term price movements
- Slow Range — filters out noise for stable trend direction
Both ranges are combined into a single dynamic filter line (TRF Line) that:
✔ Turns GREEN when price is in an UPTREND (Bull)
✔ Turns RED when price is in a DOWNTREND (Bear)
✔ Plots a BUY arrow (▲) when trend switches from Bear to Bull
✔ Plots a SELL arrow (▼) when trend switches from Bull to Bear

- Price Source — Select price type (Close, Open, High, Low, Median, Typical, Weighted)
[ Fast Range ]
- Fast Period (default: 27) — Lookback period for the fast range filter
- Fast Multiplier (default: 1.6) — Sensitivity multiplier for the fast range
[ Slow Range ]
- Slow Period (default: 55) — Lookback period for the slow range filter
- Slow Multiplier (default: 2.0) — Sensitivity multiplier for the slow range
[ Signal & Style ]
- Show Buy/Sell Arrows — Enable or disable signal arrows
- Arrow Offset — Distance of arrow from candle (multiplier of SmRng)
- Line Width — Thickness of the TRF trend line
- Buy Arrow Code — Custom arrow symbol code for Buy signal
- Sell Arrow Code — Custom arrow symbol code for Sell signal

For Position Trading (D1–W1):
