Tested, not promised
The conservative Trend set was backtested on real ticks from 2022 to 2026 with a minimum lot of 0.01 on a USD 1,000 account. Every calendar year was positive, the maximum drawdown stayed below 12% and the profit factor was 2.84 (2022–2025). Flat periods happen: the longest stretch without a new equity high lasted 264 days.

Getting started with the GBO Studio – easy as to switch on a cassette player
The GBO Studio is designed so that you can operate everything with a few clicks. You cannot break anything: in standard mode, all untested settings are locked, and every change is saved automatically.
Switching the display
- CLASSIC · MODERN · STUDIO: The small slide switch in the top right corner changes the view. Studio is the analogue console, Modern shows tiles and a report, Classic is a compact table. In Classic and Modern, the UI button brings you back to the Studio.
- DE / EN: Switches all labels and help texts between German and English, in every view.
- A− / A+: Makes the panel smaller or larger to fit your screen.
Help is always one move away
Simply move your mouse over any meter, knob, switch or button. A short tooltip explains what it shows or does, and for knobs it also shows the current setting. Not sure what something means? Just point at it.
The cassette deck: your remote control

| ⏏ EJECT | Emergency stop: closes all GBO trades and orders immediately, after a safety question. Use it only if you really want to exit everything. |
The active button lights up in gold, so you always see GBO's current state at a glance.
Three tips for beginners
- Start with the default settings. All golden markings on the knobs show the tested setting. If you are unsure, return to them.
- Use PAUSE rather than STOP or EJECT when you just want a break. Nothing is closed, and you can resume with PLAY at any time.
- Watch the status light: steady means GBO is trading, pulsing means pause or news lock, dark means stopped.
