In the settings, you can enable automatic commission accounting when calculating the lot size. 
The commission amount can either be set manually (it can be found on the broker's website), or you can enable auto-determination of the commission size

I sometimes encounter a strange situation. Just now when AUDUSD clicked L, there was no SL:TP. Other pairs were normal. Restarting and reloading EA didn't work.

You can use green “SL” and “TP” buttons to enable/disable SL and TP levels

You entry price (0.00000) is outside of the visible area: that’s why SL and TP are also not visible. 
Switch to the market execution, or set the correct entry price

The settings for these two images are:
BE: When the profit reaches 2000 usd, move the SL line to the profit of 300 usd
TR: When the profit reaches 5000 usd, move the SL line to 20% of the profit, the price moves 1 point, and the SL moves 1 point
Is that what it means?

BE: When the profit reaches 2000 usd, move the SL line to the profit of 300 usd
TR: When the profit reaches 5000 usd, move the SL line to 20% of the profit, the price moves 1 point, and the SL moves 1 point
Is that what it means?
1st image: correct, but it’s a manual BE. If you want to set auto-breakeven, switch to the “Auto BE” tab;

2nd image: settings for trailing stop: trailing will start when the profit reaches 5000 usd. 
SL will be equal to the 20% of the market price (e.g. if price = $100, SL will be $80 or $120, depending on the trade direction). 
SL will be moved each time when the price moves toward the TP level by 1 point

“Auto-close” option can monitor floating drawdown (closed trades will not be taken into account)
