RSI Regime Pulse
- Indicadores
- Versão: 1.0
- Ativações: 10
RSI Regime Pulse is a trend and momentum confirmation indicator for MetaTrader 5. It combines RSI pullback and reclaim behavior with EMA market regime, ATR activity and price-action confirmation.
The indicator is designed for traders who do not want to use RSI only as a traditional overbought or oversold oscillator. Instead, RSI Regime Pulse looks for momentum returning in the direction of an established market regime after a temporary pullback.
Signals are evaluated on completed candles. The indicator does not open, close or manage trades.
How the indicator works
For a bullish setup, the fast EMA must first remain above the slow EMA. RSI must have recently entered the configured bullish pullback area and then recover above the bullish reclaim level.
For a bearish setup, the fast EMA must remain below the slow EMA. RSI must have recently entered the bearish pullback area and then fall back below the bearish reclaim level.
The indicator then evaluates additional market conditions including EMA slope, current ATR activity compared with its recent baseline, candle body structure and the relationship between the current close and the previous candle.
These conditions are combined into an internal confirmation score from 0 to 100. A signal arrow appears only when the required trend and RSI conditions are present and the total score reaches the selected minimum.

Chart interpretation
A green regime line represents a bullish EMA structure with positive slope conditions.
A red regime line represents a bearish EMA structure with negative slope conditions.
A gray regime line means that the market regime is mixed or that the slope confirmation is not fully aligned.
A green upward arrow represents a completed bullish RSI reclaim setup that passed the selected confirmation threshold.
A red downward arrow represents a completed bearish RSI reclaim setup that passed the selected confirmation threshold.
How to use RSI Regime Pulse
Step 1. Attach RSI Regime Pulse to the chart and begin with the default settings.
Step 2. Observe the regime line to determine whether market conditions are bullish, bearish or neutral.
Step 3. Wait for a signal arrow to appear after a candle has completed.
Step 4. Evaluate the signal together with your own support and resistance levels, market session, spread and higher-timeframe context.
Step 5. Define stop loss, position size and trade management separately. RSI Regime Pulse is an analytical indicator and does not manage trading risk.
Step 6. Before changing parameters for live trading, evaluate the settings in MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester and on a demo environment.
Important parameters
RSI Period controls the calculation length of the Relative Strength Index.
Bull Pullback Level defines how far RSI should move down during a bullish pullback.
Bear Pullback Level defines how far RSI should move up during a bearish pullback.
Bull Reclaim Level is the RSI level that momentum must recover above before a bullish setup can qualify.
Bear Reclaim Level is the RSI level that momentum must fall below before a bearish setup can qualify.
Pullback Lookback defines how many previous closed candles are searched for the RSI pullback condition.
Fast EMA and Slow EMA determine the main directional market regime.
Trend Slope Bars controls the distance used to evaluate EMA direction.
ATR Period controls the Average True Range calculation.
ATR Baseline defines the recent volatility sample used for comparison.
Minimum ATR Ratio controls how active current volatility needs to be relative to its recent baseline.
Minimum Body Ratio controls the minimum candle body size relative to the candle range.
Require Price Break can be enabled when the user wants bullish signals to close above the previous candle high and bearish signals to close below the previous candle low.
Minimum Signal Score determines how much confirmation is required before a signal arrow appears.
Cooldown Bars controls the minimum spacing between consecutive signals.
Arrow ATR Distance changes the visual distance between signal arrows and price candles.
Show Regime Line enables or disables the colored EMA regime line.
Signal sensitivity
The default parameters are intended as a balanced starting configuration.
For fewer and more selective signals, users can test a higher Minimum Signal Score, enable Require Price Break, increase Minimum ATR Ratio or increase Cooldown Bars.
For more frequent signals, users can test a lower score requirement or a shorter cooldown period.
Different instruments and timeframes can behave differently, so parameters should be evaluated for the market being traded rather than assuming one configuration is suitable for every condition.
EA integration
RSI Regime Pulse provides indicator buffers that can be accessed with iCustom.
Buffer 0 contains the Buy Signal price.
Buffer 1 contains the Sell Signal price.
Buffer 2 contains the Regime EMA line.
Buffer 3 contains the Regime Line color index.
Buffer 4 contains the Regime State, where 1 represents bullish conditions, -1 represents bearish conditions and 0 represents neutral conditions.
Buffer 5 contains the signed Pulse Score. Positive values represent bullish context and negative values represent bearish context.
Calculation behavior
Signal arrows are evaluated after a candle closes. The signal calculation does not require future candles.
The indicator also avoids recalculating the entire available chart on every ordinary tick. After initialization, calculations are focused on newly completed price data in order to reduce unnecessary terminal workload.
RSI Regime Pulse is a technical analysis tool. It does not guarantee future price behavior or trading results. Users should combine it with their own market analysis, testing process and risk management.
