Market Navigation Flow Monitor is an information-only dashboard indicator for MetaTrader 4. It combines market direction, multi-timeframe analysis, account statistics, open-position monitoring and automated Expert Advisor performance tracking in one chart panel.
Main Market Analysis
The dashboard provides a consolidated view of the current market condition using several independent calculations:
- Overall BUY, SELL or NEUTRAL market assessment
- Directional bias
- Breakout status
- Exponential Moving Average based trend analysis
- Relative Strength Index (RSI)
- Average Directional Index (ADX) trend strength
- Current spread
- US Dollar Index (DXY) direction and strength when broker data is available
- Synthetic USD analysis when direct DXY data is not available
- Internal Fear and Greed market-risk proxy
The Fear and Greed value is an internal monitoring proxy calculated from market symbols available through the broker. It is not the CNN Fear and Greed Index and it does not directly modify the main signal score.
Multi-Timeframe Analysis
The indicator evaluates market direction across seven timeframes:
M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4 and D1.
Each timeframe is displayed separately so the user can compare short-term and higher-timeframe direction from the same dashboard.
Account and Risk Information
The dashboard displays live account information including:
- Balance
- Equity
- Free Margin
- Today Profit
- Today Profit %
- Floating Profit
- Current Drawdown %
- Daily Maximum Drawdown %
- Margin %
- Open Risk %
- Total Trading Profit
- Total Trading Profit %
Open Pairs Summary
All currently open trading symbols are summarized automatically. For each symbol the dashboard displays:
- Symbol
- Number of open trades
- Net open profit or loss
Net open profit or loss includes profit, swap and commission.
Expert Advisor Profit Summary
Market Navigation Flow Monitor automatically detects Expert Advisors operating on the account.
Expert Advisor identification is dynamic. The indicator groups trading activity by Magic Number and uses the latest available non-empty order comment as the displayed Expert Advisor name.
Closed trading history and current open or pending orders are scanned automatically. Manual trades using Magic Number 0 are excluded from the Expert Advisor summary.
For each detected Expert Advisor, the dashboard can display its accumulated trading result and its share of the combined Expert Advisor result.
Account Performance Statistics
Performance information is calculated directly from the MetaTrader 4 account history without requiring an additional external indicator.
The dashboard provides account-wide statistics for recent trading days and longer periods, including:
- Pips
- Profit
- Gain %
- Trading volume
- Daily performance
- Weekly performance
- Monthly performance
- Yearly performance
- Daily and monthly run-rate statistics
The pip calculation adapts to broker symbol digits and supports Forex pairs, JPY pairs, Gold, Silver and CFD symbols.
Important Information
Market Navigation Flow Monitor is an analytical and monitoring indicator only.
It does not open, modify, close or manage trades.
The indicator uses information available in the MetaTrader 4 terminal and from symbols provided by the connected broker. Availability of some market-reference symbols such as DXY, stock indices or volatility instruments can therefore vary between brokers.
Most analytical settings are internally defined. The visible inputs are limited to dashboard position settings.
