How It Works

This indicator combines the volatility boundaries of Bollinger Bands with the regime-shifting power of the Relative Strength Index (RSI). It doesn’t just tell you when the price is "overbought" or "oversold"—it tells you when the momentum has actually turned in your favor.

  • Buy Signal: Triggered when the price recovers from the Lower Bollinger Band and the RSI crosses above 50 (confirming bullish momentum).

  • Sell Signal: Triggered when the price drops from the Upper Bollinger Band and the RSI crosses below 50 (confirming bearish momentum).
