O novo MT5 oferece suporte a esses recursos por padrão, portanto, você pode simplesmente removê-los do código.

Por algum motivo, o indicador não aparece no navegador do MT5 depois de copiá-lo para a pasta de indicadores.

A compilação também não ajuda.

Modifiquei esse script e o testei. Funcionou para mim.

Baixei o script.

Provavelmente o autor não reenviou o código do EA ou por algum outro motivo, mas o script de 27-03-2023 não funciona.
Após a compilação, apareceu uma mensagem sobre 14 erros.

Li os comentários anteriores.
Comentei três blocos de código, sobre os quais o autor escreveu que poderiam ser excluídos.

Depois disso, apareceu um erro de sintaxe durante a compilação (uma vírgula extra na linha 220).
Removi a vírgula e compilei o código.
Todos os erros desapareceram e o script agora funciona no gráfico.

O arquivo zip não está atualizado, ele contém a primeira versão.
Todo o resto é compilado sem erros (visualização e arquivo .mq5).

Eu não sabia que as atualizações estavam disponíveis por meio da revisão de código.
Por isso, fiquei surpreso ao ver tantos erros após a compilação.

Esse script pode ser apenas uma parte do sistema, 1, a condição if dentro dele é sempre verdadeira, não há outra, 2, a definição da matriz não é refletida posteriormente. Pessoalmente, acho que basta desenhar uma linha mensal, uma linha semanal para saber o que é, não senti nenhum uso especial, mas a chamada de função do script, a lógica do ano bissexto ainda vale a pena aprender.
