Key levels on nine timeframes, and an alert the moment the price breaks out.

Prices that were stopped again and again are levels many traders watch. BreakerDetectPro finds the zones where swing highs and swing lows gather and draws one level above and one below the price for each timeframe you select, from M1 to MN1. Higher-timeframe levels are drawn on the chart you are looking at.

Features

  1. Automatic key levels: one level above and one below the price, from swing highs and lows that gather in the same zone.
  2. Nine timeframes: M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1, MN1. Pick them with buttons and overlay them on the current chart.
  3. Breakout detection: when the price moves beyond a level by the breakout margin, the panel flashes and a sound plays.
  4. Stays on until a pullback: a strong move keeps the breakout on; after a pullback to the level it waits for the next breakout right away.
  5. Dow direction per timeframe: up (blue) and down (red) bars above and below the timeframe buttons.
  6. Notifications: e-mail, push, alert and sound, chosen per timeframe.
  7. Useful e-mails: the Dow direction and the nearest key levels (up to three above and below).
  8. Five snapshots: save the current levels and Dow directions and show them again later. Kept after MetaTrader restarts.
  9. Adjustable detection: zigzag depth, level width and breakout margin on the panel.
  10. Movable panel: drag the title to move it, click it to fold. Works on 125% / 150% display scaling.

How the levels are found
A zigzag picks the swing highs and lows. Swings that fall within the level width are grouped, and the group with the most swings becomes the level (its average price). The level width grows with the timeframe (H1 is 4x and D1 is 10x the M1 width). Levels are built from confirmed swings and re-checked on each new bar.

  • Sound: on/off, once or repeat, sound file
  • E-mail, push, alert: on/off (for the timeframes chosen on the panel)
  • Minimum swings for a level, level colors, breakout text and colors
  • Time zone for snapshot times
