Core Analytical Components

1. Six-Layer Adaptive Trend Ribbon

A proprietary stack of six exponential trend layers creates a dynamic ribbon that responds to changing market momentum. The layers are calculated using configurable periods and applied price sources, producing a smooth, graduated visual representation of trend health.

• Full Bullish Alignment: All six layers stack in ascending order — the ribbon expands and the structural cloud turns bullish.
• Full Bearish Alignment: All six layers stack in descending order — the ribbon inverts and the cloud shifts bearish.
• Transition State: When layers are tangled or crossing, a neutral transition cloud appears, signaling indecision or early-stage reversal.

The specific layer periods are fully customizable through the input settings, allowing traders to tune the ribbon for scalping, intraday, swing, or position timeframes.

2. Directional Cloud Architecture

Three independent cloud fills provide layered trend context:

• Structural Cloud: Spans the full width of the trend ribbon (outermost layers), colored by directional state.
• Core Cloud: Spans the inner trend layers, highlighting the central momentum zone.
• Transition Cloud: Activates only during non-directional phases, providing a visual "neutral zone" that helps identify consolidation before breakouts.

Cloud opacity, directional coloring, and transition behavior are all independently configurable.

3. Spatial Consolidation Engine (Unique Feature)

Unlike standard support/resistance tools that rely on fixed horizontal lines, the Spatial Consolidation Engine uses swing-point geometry and price-density clustering to detect two-dimensional consolidation zones (price range × time duration).

• Micro Zones: Tight, short-duration ranges detected from consecutive overlapping candle clusters. Ideal for identifying intraday squeeze patterns and imminent breakout setups.
• Macro Zones: Wider structural ranges built from overlapping swing-point boundaries. These represent significant areas of price agreement where institutional order flow may be concentrated.
• Confluence Zones: Formed automatically when Micro and Macro zones overlap, creating high-probability breakout regions where multiple structural levels converge.

Each zone is rendered as a semi-transparent rectangle with configurable fill, border, and halo styling. Active zones near current price receive a live halo highlight that updates tick-by-tick.

4. Multi-Event Alert Engine

The alert system monitors three distinct event categories on every completed bar:

• Trend Stack Crossover: Fires when the full ribbon transitions from bearish to bullish alignment (or vice versa).
• Zone Breakout: Fires when a candle close exits the extreme high or low boundary of any active Micro, Macro, or Confluence zone.
• Zone Retest: After a breakout, the engine continues monitoring for a configurable number of bars. If price returns to the broken boundary within the tolerance window, a retest alert fires.

All alerts include the symbol, timeframe, zone type, and exact price level. Deduplication logic prevents repeated notifications for the same event.

How to Interpret the Chart

• Ribbon Expanding + Cloud Colored: Strong directional trend. The wider the ribbon, the stronger the momentum.
• Ribbon Compressing + Transition Cloud Active: Trend is weakening. Watch for consolidation zones forming nearby — a breakout may be imminent.
• Price Inside a Consolidation Zone: Market is in equilibrium. Avoid counter-trend entries; wait for a confirmed breakout alert.
• Price Breaks Zone Extreme + Retest Alert Fires: Classic breakout-retest structure. The retest of the broken boundary often provides a high-probability entry opportunity.
• Confluence Zone Breakout: When overlapping Micro and Macro zones break simultaneously, the resulting move tends to be more significant due to the concentration of structural levels being cleared.

1. Trend Layer Configuration

• Trend Layer Periods (×6) – Six independently configurable periods controlling the adaptive ribbon sensitivity. Default settings are optimized for multi-timeframe trend detection.
• Applied Price – Price source for all trend calculations (Close, Open, High, Low, Median, Typical, Weighted).

2. Visual Theme & Ribbon Styling
