Fahmi Volume Profile Dashboard combines a session volume profile, value-area signals with stop loss and three targets, a multi-timeframe trend matrix and a built-in statistics lab that measures how the signals performed on your own chart history, so you can judge the edge before you trade it.
Volume profile
- Session volume profile built from M1 tick volume, drawn in two colors (buying / selling volume)
- POC, VAH and VAL of the developing session, value area highlighted
- Previous session POC, VAH and VAL shown as reference levels
- Adjustable session start hour, number of rows and value area %
Signals (no repaint)
- Signals are based on the fixed value area of the previous session and are confirmed only after the candle closes, so a printed signal never changes
- Three signal modes: Retest (default: breakout of the value area, then a pullback that holds the level), Breakout (close outside the value area) and Fade (failed breakout that closes back inside)
- Each signal is graded from A+ to F by a 7-point confluence check: H1 trend, H4 trend, VWAP side, RSI momentum, MACD, ADX strength and volume spike
- Stop loss based on ATR and three targets at 1R, 2R and 3R, drawn on the chart as a level ladder
- Buy and sell arrows on the signal candles
Statistics lab
- Hit rates of TP1, TP2 and TP3 and the share of signals stopped before TP1
- Net result in R for four exit plans: exit at TP1, exit at TP2, exit at TP3, and one third at each target with the stop moved to breakeven after TP1
- Mode comparison: Retest, Breakout and Fade measured side by side on the same history
- Robustness grid: net result for 9 combinations of minimum score and stop distance, to see whether the result depends on one lucky setting
Dashboard
- Header with price, daily change, session bias (price vs POC and VWAP) and current POC / VAH / VAL
- Trend matrix for M15, H1, H4, D1 and W1
- Indicator tiles: MA100, MA200, VWAP, RSI, MACD, CCI, ADX and ATR
- Signal analysis panel: grade, confluence checklist, entry, stop, targets and live status of the last signal
- Dark theme applied to the chart and restored when the indicator is removed; panels scale automatically with screen DPI; one button hides or shows all panels
Alerts
- Popup, sound, mobile push notification and email when a new signal is confirmed
- Test Alert button to check that notifications reach your phone
For EA developers
- Buffer 0 = buy signal (low of the signal candle), Buffer 1 = sell signal (high of the signal candle), EMPTY_VALUE otherwise. Read them with iCustom
Recommended use
- Designed and tested on XAUUSD, signal timeframe M5, Retest mode, minimum score 4, stop 1.5 ATR
- Check the statistics lab on your symbol and broker before trading; market behaviour changes, so compare recent and longer lookback periods
- Open the chart on M1 once and scroll back so the terminal downloads enough history for the statistics
Input parameters
- Session start hour - start of the trading session in server time
- Profile rows - number of price rows in the volume profile
- Value area % - share of volume included in the value area
- Profile width / Gap - size and position of the profile on the right side of the chart
- Show previous session POC / VAH / VAL - reference levels used by the signals
- Signal mode - Retest, Breakout or Fade
- Signal timeframe - timeframe used to detect signals
- Minimum confluence score - signals below this score (0-7) are ignored
- Stop loss distance (x ATR) - stop distance; targets are 1R, 2R and 3R
- Max signals per session - limits the number of signals per session
- Statistics lookback - number of sessions used by the statistics lab
- Show historical signal arrows - show arrows for all signals or only the latest
- Popup / Sound / Push / Email alert - alert channels
- Apply dark neon chart theme - chart colors (original colors are restored on removal)
- Dashboard X / Y - dashboard position
